Who am I?
My name is Anita, and I’m a baby and child sleep consultant, a nursery nurse, a kindergarten teacher and a mom. I am based in Basel, Switzerland and I am offering a virtual service across Switzerland, Hungary and abroad.
During my work as a teacher, I often heard parents sharing their struggles with sleep issues. When I became a mother myself, I experienced these challenges firsthand—my little girl woke up 10 to 12 times a night, and we had long, difficult bedtime struggles. She couldn’t be put down before 11 PM, but still had early wake-ups. She often cried from colic, making those nights even harder. These personal experiences, combined with my professional background, inspired me to help other families overcome similar sleep challenges and create healthier sleep habits.
That’s my story, and it’s why I am so dedicated to helping families find practical, effective solutions that truly make a difference. Together, we can bring calm, rest and joy back into your home. Sleep is a path to peace, and I am here to guide you along the way.
