My mission is to bring peaceful, restful nights to families using gentle and effective methods to guide children towards better sleep. Don’t cry it out! Who am I ?
Hello! I am a passionate early childhood educator, nursery teacher, certified sleep consultant, and postpartum transition coach, as well as the proud mother of a wonderful daughter. Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of working in nurseries across Hungary, England, and Switzerland, where I have lived for the past 10 years. As a nursery teacher, I always knew how to help children with their naps, yet I found myself struggling with my own child's sleep difficulties at home.
I bring a broad range of expertise in key areas that support children's healthy development, including early-stage nutrition, potty training, promoting physical activity, developing communication skills, and many other aspects of early growth. Through countless parent-teacher meetings, I came to realize how widespread sleep issues are, as over 90% of families mentioned sleep problems—whether it was reducing daytime naps or dealing with nighttime wake-ups.
I hadn’t known about sleep training until we tried it ourselves, and it completely transformed our lives. Restful nights brought more peace, time, and energy into our home. Inspired by this transformation, I decided to become a sleep consultant to help other families create a calm, balanced life. I am here to help bring peace, sleep, and joy back to your home.
